Service Director for Luton Borough Council
CSG was commissioned by Luton Council to undertake the Chief Officer appointment to the role of Service Director Citizen Engagement and Legal Services.
The executive search brought forward an impressive and diverse longlist of candidates from across the public sector. Following longlisting interviews and recommendations from CSG, a shortlist was agreed by the Member appointment panel. CSG then ran a comprehensive assessment centre and interview process.
This process culminated in Member presentations and interviews and resulted in the appointment of a high calibre candidate.
